Outdoor, Lifestyle, and Australia Kakadu Traders Australia is one of the leading outdoor apparel and lifestyle brands. We have been in the industry for over 40 years and always make the most of it. In addition to the classic Kakadu leather hat, our shop offers other materials such as microfiber, wool felt, kangaroo leather, and crocodile leather. For outdoors, our wax jackets and coats are unbeatable! Our sophisticated process turns cotton towels into high-quality oilskin jackets and coats that defy the wind and weather. This oilskin has a different finish when compared to classic English wax jackets and is why they are called Kakadu Oil Jackets. Our outdoor vests for men and women are a good companion for everyday life and leisure. For example, the Traveler vest does not restrict your freedom of movement at all with their many pockets and short, sporty cut. With the Delta vest, every Outbacker is perfectly equipped; it has so many multifunctional pockets that the shell itself is almost superfluous. Like the “Traveler”, it also sports a short cut to help with freedom of movement. Need extended sizing for our outdoor attire? Great news! Many of our products are available up to size 5XL. (Roughly equivalent to a 4XL in most American sizing charts.) A lot is also happening in the lifestyle sector! Our robust and durable textiles combine functionality with an attractive design. Proof is found in the many colored availability for our shirts and cargo shorts. Finally, complete your outdoor look with a casual accessory, a practical bag, or a tool belt. Consider our boot guards which protect your shoes and pant legs from dirt, moisture, and insects.

Good Heavy Construction Rough Vest
The vest is a good fit and it’s conceal carry capability is good, but I feel the magazine holders are too big for smaller mags such as the .380. The removable cc shields provide good print protection for my sig p238. The zipper is an excellent heavy duty brass type, but is a little rough. I’m hoping that it will smooth out over time. The biggest distraction and objectionable part of the vest are the two side tabs that just flop in the breeze. My wife says she can most likely attach some Velcro to remedy this problem. Really do like the collar, both type and leather material. All in all, it’s a good heavy rough type vest that provides for good conceal carry of small caliber hand guns.

distributes weight well
I have been wearing the vest all day long for the past few days. I carry a loaded firearm on one side and two 15 round magazines on the other. when you pick it up to put it on, you can feel just how heavy it is, but when you put it on, it doesn't feel near as bad, and wears comfortably all day long with the weight distributed across your sholders. I will point out 2 things. Firstly the canvas is heavy making it durable but a bit warm during the summer. secondly the magazine holders are made for double stack magazines, single stack magazines are very loose. overall very pleased with the vest, will probably be ordering a brown one soon, as I currently have the black.
