Can this power my boss pc65.2c component speaker that produces 500 watts rms at 250 each and a alpine sws-12d4 sub at 500w rms? any recommendations?

Yes it will but if ur trying to run your whole system with 2 subs it might not

can i use this amp with two 12" kicker subs

Yes you can. Although I would not recommend it. I would use a 2 channel amp.
