What is the outside diameter of the tip?

It’s 5/8” outside diameter.

Good for small trans filler?

Probably. If the trans inlet tube is vertical and standard sized, as on most small engines, you should have no issues.

What is the max OD of the funnel discharge tip? Thank you,

9/16” as delivered. If you cut funnel shorter it can grow up to 2”
