Does this work with fake blood? (it’s for a student film)

Check with manufacturer. I don't tend to use any type of blood product including fake in mine.

Is there an easier way to open it? Its taken me weeks to figure out how to open and close it!!!! I have arthritis in my hands - its a nightmare !!

I grab the bottom with one hand and the top with the other and twist them both in opposite directions I’m sure this is hard with arthritis sorry that’s the best I got

My bread recipe says you should spray water into the oven just before you put in the bread. Would this sprayer be ok for this?

I always used to put a small dish of water actually inside the oven. If you just spray into the oven it will very quickly evaporate and not be available for the rest of the baking time. However, if you prefer to spray, any old sprayer will do, not just this more expensive type which is designed for spraying plants such as orchids, and hair styling.

Does the spray bottle give a 360 degree mist?

No, that would be impossible. I’d estimate the angle at around 160 degrees.
