Gentle, and great product
I love this product. It keeps for a year after opening. I eat like 10 of them every few year. They taste differently than almonds, a lot more delicate. They have a very faint bitter after taste (like grapefruits) that I really appreciate.

These taste really good not bitter not sweet Smokey kinda . Excited to take measures for better heath This product is lower price than some of the others and had way better reviews very happy with this product. I will continue to purchase it. The only thing that is extremely confusing is how many to take a day I see people saying a lot of different things that you’re supposed to only take one per 10 pounds other people saying you only take five per day maximum so that that’s about what I’m doing right now five per day????

They are ok.
These seeds are well dried - too dry to my taste. In the past, I have gotten less dry with much more flavor from other sources. I have traveled to Asia and liked the apricot seeds there so decided to try this seller. Will not buy again.

Taste Terrible
Terrible taste. They taste soft & moldy. I keep them in the fridge to keep the freshness... don't buy them. Try another brand.

If you never heard about vitamin B17, Amygdalin or Laetrile, may I suggest you learn. Apricot seeds have it as its powerful secret. Bound safely B17 has medicinal use that has been documented for many decades. I won't make medical claims here as I am not a scientist but only a witness to it's health benefits. Do the research, get informed and make up your own mind. These seeds priced low, shipped quickly, packaged well and I am happy with the purchase... nuff said.

Not at all bitter. I don't chew many at a time as it can be bad for us to do that. But I love this different snack that has good things for our bodies in it. 3 or 4 of these, some grapes, cheese, yum.
