Where is the plant stand made?

All I can say is it is made of Bamboo. This is a question for the seller.

Is there a piece available to plug the top and bottom holes on the bamboo stand? The way it is, they have holes on the top, and the bottom is raw.

Hello, in fact, there are no holes on the bamboo plant stand. The staff of the warehouse might ship the wrong one. We are sorry about this situation. In order to solve your problem, could you send a picture of the holes via your Amazon account? Looking forward to hearing your reply.
