How to protect your hands, and realise your potential. When doing pull ups, dead lifts etc. in Cross Fit your hands can take the punishment and tears are not unusual. Obviously not life threatening, but waiting for a tear to heal can seriously interfere with your progress. Protect your hands, and achieve your personal best! GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DISPATCH HOW TO INCREASE AND PROTECT YOUR GRIP AND GET THE BEST FROM YOUR WOD, (WORKOUT OF THE DAY) CROSSFIT GRIPS LEATHER PALM PROTECTORS HAND GUARDS, GRIPS PULL UPS, DEADLIFT GLOVE LEATHER COLOUR: BLACK OR WHITE EXCELLENT LEATHER HAND GUARDS FOR CROSSFIT TRAINING. VELCRO FASTENER ENSURES A SECURE GRIP. Designed and produced from high quality materials to give comfort and protection to your hands. The leather hand guards are very simple in design. They cover your palm with a pliable piece of soft leather, while a Velcro strap allows for you to tighten the grip down around your wrist. Your middle two fingers will slide through the finger holes of the grip and the Velcro strap can be adjusted for any wrist size. These hand grips are helpful with a variety of exercises. The most popular use for them, is while doing pull ups. They can help you prevent tears, or in the event you already ripped your palm, they can protect your skin while you heal. The grips save on using hand tape. In addition to pull-ups they can be used for deadlifts and kettlebells. You can potentially find an application for these grips in any exercise that is grip intensive. The leather, while not stiff, can be softened further with use and time, they will become more comfortable. Leather Hand Grips come in three sizes. You measure for your size by measuring the distance from the edge of your wrist to the base of your middle finger Small - up to 4" or 10cm Medium - 4"-4 ¾" or 10 - 12cm Large - Over 4 ¾" or 12cm Leather Hand Grips are a great addition to anyone's gym bag.

great for the price
Definitely Helps with pull ups and weights, light weight, comfy and wearing well after a good bit of use.I don't expect the last for ever but they do the trick for crossfit kipping pull ups and weights as well as gymnastic stuff. They don't stop callouses forming but the do stop blisters or tears and are great to swap between weights and bar work quickly. Can be worn with a pair of weightlifting wrist wraps if you need as well, just extend the straps out and velcro them to the straps if they are fabric.Great for the price, skip the expensive ones, these are the business.

Not great
Bought these in a rush ready for a CrossFit competition. One of them was thick and the other was mega thin, I had no choice but to use them as my hands were already shredded. The thin one isn't going to last much longer and all I did in them was 45 pull ups. If I hadn't if needed them in such a rush probably would have sent them back.
