What country are these lamps made in?

If I recall, China. But it's been quite a while since I saw the box, so I will say that I believe that I am accurate to the best of my knowledge.

This is far infrared, what spectrum is it?

I believe that is a question for the manufacturer and or Amazon customer service. I don't recall that information on the box either? Google or Chrome Search App may have some data on your question if you ask and include the Wattage. I used these bulbs for the heat lamp in the chicken coop.

Are the lamps coated with silicone or something to prevent shattering?

no, the clear ones come in shatter shield. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08WPGBTP1?ref=myi_title_dp it will be in stock 1-2 weeks.

Are these bulbs 6.5" long, or 9.1" long? The information in the listing shows contradictory data...

Just looking at my tape measure, and if I recall, the size of the bulb box and the bulb itself, 6.5 inches is the more accurate measurement. You can confirm that with Amazon Customer Service, as well.
