This is well documented, and vital information. A book, that takes one to another level of "waking up" to what has been going on for decades, and continues with even greater technological resources in our present day.

Every Adult should read this book as soon as possible. This will kickstart the Reader's interest: the statement reported in Dr. Duncan's courageous book, that our American Department of Defense is "testing a scalable, artificial intelligence, psychotronic mind virus called Satan666." I've been a victim of the gruesome, painful, psychologically and physically ruinous effects of the Head Hacking and remote mind control technologies Dr. Duncan describes in technical detail, which is nevertheless presented in language accessible to the average Reader. These technologies exist and they are not subtle in their effects. These weapons systems and torture technologies were tested on ME, without my conscious will and consent. I cannot thank Dr. Duncan enough for standing up for the Truth and bringing this grotesque and horrific technology into the Court of Public Opinion. This is no sci-fi Dystopian Future, nor is it a fictional Techno-punk thriller- these wretched mind viruses, head-hacking programs, electronic and psychotronic weapons ARE being tested, sadistically, on American citizens NOW. And I presume our tax payer dollars are being spent on SATAN666 and other mind viruses, which ought to be enough to infuriate any Reader with a sense of justice and love for our country, and pity for the hapless, innocent human beings whose basic human rights are being violated by the Persons behind these "secret military projects." To understand the horrific and complex effects upon the human body and psyche one must, alas, either read this book, or be one of the many unfortunate crash-test dummies and lab rats for this array of monstrous, illegal, immoral, deep black operations projects - including the latest version of Mind Control. Who would have thought that such a topic exists? Only way I found out about this book is because I am a Targeted Individual. My harassment began in 2018 when it became overt but in hindsight I truly believe I been a target all my life. Im alienated from my family which I truly believe sold me out, after all my father is friends with an officer and I know a little too much about his personal life. So if anything I’m considered a liability and it’s no problem for family to sell out other members for money, if you’re superficial that is.Heed my words and realize this is a real program and it’ll be upon anybody who speaks out against the government or the powers that be the further along we get into the NWO.

This rating is based of necessity on an incomplete miniscule cursory glance, partial skim of the book. If time, more will be added later. Much of the book, particularly near the start, is general information that many are already aware of as to methods anyone can use and governments often use to obtain information from technological devices that people own. As promised, the author also goes into depth on various long distance or remoteweaponry (usually labeled non-lethal but over time becomes lethal) used on some civilians and various reasons why people may be targeted--often randomly. In addition to these topics, there is a unique section on various scripts used on people which sometimes involve their hearing voices that others can't hear or discipher. There is more in the book but this is it for now. Seems a worthwhile purchase for some.
