Is this the same as Scattegories?

It’s pretty similar in that you have a list of statements and need to come up with words that answer it and all start with the same letter. Goes faster. Has some off-color topics and references that have made a couple of moments during family game night with 14 and 16 year olds a bit awkward: words that describe your period (awkward for my son who doesn’t have a period), words that describe your favorite adult toy, words that describe the first time you had sex. Not every round has these, but probably half of the rounds have one of 8 questions like these.

Where can I buy this game?

"Google search" it'll give you a list of stores in your area that have the game in stock. Ordering from Amazon is a great option if the price is comparable, delivery only takes a couple of days.

Is the cards super clean? can it be played with children?

Depends on the ages of people playing. The cards themselves are clean but adult with dirty minds can be challenging
