if i buy it used will there be any problems

Since I've had mine i have had zero problems. It also depends on what condition game boy you buy. I always try to buy the very good and up conditions. I also like to see the pictures of what im buying. You should be all set.

Does it come with the game?

That would depend on what the seller is offering.

Will this play Pokemon red version?

Yes, Pokemon Red is an original game boy game. You can also play Pokemon red on the Game Boy Pocket, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, and Game Boy Advance SP.

Lets just say,This thing gets sudden dead pixels. Will replacing the screen do the trick.

Do you mean the screen cover? or the actual screen? The screen cover is just a piece of clear plastic, and won't change anything. You can replace the actual screen if you have the know-how, and that would fix it, but its not a simple process.
