Works well! I am able to hear clearly even with my hearing loss. I am glad I got it.

Did not work well at all. Other end could barely hear me. But got full return.

Terrible!
This did not work for me. I primarily brought this head set for the mute button. The button is very difficult to press, and does NOT seamlessly go in and out of mute, which is crucial. It either does not mute right away, or if you go into mute it causes problems throughout the rest of the day. Pretty much tapping or brushing against the mute button causes the mic to go in and out. The headset itself is not too comfortable either. Had to return it.
