First, it is difficult to find an adjustable table of any size at this price (for backpacking, I wish there was one of this height range at half the table space [and weight]). You can even pull this table over your camp chair so that your table is against your chest. Nothing is more difficult than using a 15 inch or less table with any pack or camping chair to eat meals. You could be happier sitting on the ground while eating but that equipment choice would not be consistent with the campfire or camp experience desired. This table at least solves that problem.However, this table is not perfect and not worth much more as a result. The legs are not a consistent length and there are no length marking (like a trekking pole) to make length consistent. This is not all bad as the ground is almost never level but who wants to spend 3-5 minutes trying to get legs level every time you use it? You need to weigh the price and flexibility of the chair against the sturdy but perhaps incomplete and inconsistent design of the chair.I took away one star for the design deficiencies but insist it is a great buy at the subject price point.

I purchased this item and the first one arrived broken- one of the screws attaching the fold-out table top was broken and did not stay down. I returned for a new one and this one also arrived with the same broken piece and in addition, the top did not fit on the bottom, and one of the braces for the legs was warped and looks about to break. Poor quality. do not buy.

Cheap imitation of the portal camping table.

Great item. Use for daughters soccer tournaments. small enough to be portable, but still provides enough room for a quick meal or snack and drinks.

Table is easy to set up, sturdy, and adjustable! Live it! Great for the boat!
