Actually works!
This really works! I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical. In the photos it didn't look like there was much surface area for cleaning. But it doesn't need much! Mainly, be sure to follow the instructions in the video for best results. I watched and it was surprisingly easy to use. I have double-pane windows, and they warn it won't quite as well, but I got it to work just fine. I used the dial for the strongest magnet setting and as long as I didn't go too fast, and in the pattern they suggested, it worked like a charm! I'm posting a photo of my window before and after. (I almost always forget to do that on stuff). On the right is the window I already cleaned with the Magnetic Window Cleaner and the left is not cleaned yet. Huge difference! In the instructions, it said to pre-wet the cloth on the cleaner, so I did, but I blotted it with as towel and then sprayed my window cleaner on it, since I can't spray the outside. I live in a high-rise apartment and have a screen, so I couldn't spray the outside. But it didn't matter. It still cleaned just fine. I didn't really have to use the wrist cord, since my screen keeps the outside half from falling to the ground. But definitely use it if you don't have a screen.

Works on dual pane windows
Update - I don't know how this happened but it scratched the glass on my window. Ugh!

Works better and worse than expected
I had low expectations buying this. So it was a pleasant surprise when the magnets turned out to be extremely strong. There are multiple levels of magnetic strength which allows you to adjust the power based on how thick your window is. They worked alright cleaning. I found it difficult to get the edges of the window. If you hit the edge the pad would sometimes unstick from the inside magnet and fall. It kept scaring me that I was going to break a window on a lower floor. That it would swing into the building. It never did though. It takes a lot of practice to reduce the streaks, but you can if you really take your time.

Drippy
I found the video deceiving in that when it scrubbed the glass it had no dripping. You get a LOT of dripping even when I tried just spraying the pads instead of soaking them. I just used vinegar and water and it cleaned well but every time I turned it the pads dripped down the side that I had just done and going over it did not remove all the drips. Still, it did a pretty good job though not perfect. Also, the wrist holder did not come looped and I had a difficult time trying to get the rope through the tiny hole to make a loop as it kept fraying. I put nail polish on the end and once dried I could do it but still with difficulty. Remember to put the pegs for the pads in vertically and then twist them to the horizontal position to keep them tight. When removing, twist them back to the vertical position and tug gently to pull the pads up. I think I'll like it once I can get the drips under control so for right now I gave it 4 stars. I will try a lot less fluid next time. Instructions were very iffy and the translation into English was horrible. And do watch your hands! as the magnet it strong. Even with the warning, I snapped my hand at first.

Double hung, double pane window review
Windows are high on the second floor, 25 or 30 feet in the air. Glass is behind a screen, so to clean it from the outside requires a ladder and time. They do not tilt in. They are too old. You have to get to the outside to clean them, and I didn't feel like climbing and moving a ladder all day. I gave this a try. Very impressive. It is essentially, for me, a squeegee. The pads got so dirty, so fast that they really were just there to carry the window cleaning fluid. I soaked them, gently placed the outside unit up against the glass, gently placed the inner unit against it and it snugly grabbed. Then I clicked the strength dial up, three clicks, and they were joined. A light touch is best. Use it like a squeegee, starting at the top (there is a rubber squeegee on the unit) and zig-zagging down the window. It gets as clean as your skills. If you are thorough, the window is fabulous. Follow the directions. Follow, follow, follow the directions. The magnets are strong and can pinch you if you're not careful. Be careful, but don't be afraid. A fabulous tool for the money. Very impressive.

Works for one Window but if split window panes, beware
I have big windows, longer than my arm that slide horizontally. There is a slider pane and a fixed pane. For the slider, this tool worked really well. It left some streaks but was so easy to use and quicker than a squeegee. However, for the fixed pane was the issue. There is a metal frame between the two panes, so the tool can't glide over to the fixed pane. This means that you have to place the tool with your hand on the fixed pane. Because my panes are long, it's impossible to do this without having the slider all the way open. The issue becomes the magnet is not strong enough for two windows so you can't get the tool to stay on the fixes pane and thus can't clean the fixed pane window at all. Great idea but not possible to use in windows like mine.

Fcare Magnetic Window Cleaner WORKS!
I have a few windows that have not be cleaned in 20 years due to being over 20’ above ground. I thought I would give this item a try. I have double glazed windows and did not know how thick they were so I thought the adjustable feature would help. I only used water on the pads inside and outside. I follow the directions and placed the tether on my wrist. My windows are casement and I had to open them to reach around to place the outside cleaner. The magnets held on first try I gave the inside a bit of a push and the outside cleaner fell off and the tether did its job. The next try I turned the adjustment selector one notch and there was a loud thump and the magnets attracted a bit stronger I decided to give the adjustment one more turn and yet another thump. The attraction felt strong. I was able to move the inside cleaner and watch the outside follow along. I started at the top and zig zagged my way down the window. I pulled the inside cleaner away from the glass and grabbed the outside to bring inside. The adjustment for the magnet returned to the starting position automatically The cleaning pads were black with dirt. I rinsed the dirt away and did a second pass and the windows looked great. I will store the cleaner in the box they were packaged in. The kit came with replacement rubber strips and scouring pads as well and the tabs to hold the pads in place. The cleaner is expensive but it did clean my windows just as well as me standing outside. IMPORTANT: Be sure to keep the separator the cleaners ship with as the pads must not be placed together without it. The magnets are so strong they may cause damage to fingers if they get in the way between the pads.

Easy to work
I was skeptical at first but it works really well.

Could be better
Although the magnets are strong, they are not strong enough. I have double glazed windows and although I got it to work I had to move it very slowly and gradually as the outside one kept falling off even on gear 5. Windows did mostly get clean but would of been cleaner if I could of gone over areas more than once but the amount the outside one was separating from the inside one I just had to try to cover the windows as best as I could

Not practical
It looks good. You think it will make your life easier. In reality it doesn’t work at all!

A éviter
A éviter: équipement lourd et peu maniable, aimantation insuffisante sur le double vitrage même dans sa version "aimantation renforcée, peu pratique et laissant des traces .

It’s a good thing!
Surprisingly good product, cleans windows very quickly and well. But it takes practice to wash well. The corners of the glass don't clean very well, but otherwise it's a very good thing.
