Cute Dies but Not Sharp

I bought this set for the "Merry Christmas" die. Thisbpart cut beautifully and when I used a dryer sheet, it released nicely also. Son of the snowflakes didn't cut at all, no matter which hack I tried. Disappointed, but glad to have the wording part

I love these BUT the large snowflake does not cut through the paper so can’t be used! Otherwise the others are great!

I BROUGHT THE WRONG ITEM BUT THEY ARE REALLY BEAUTIFUL! THE CRAFTMANSHIP IS GORGEOUS!!! I WILL DONATE THESE TO A CRAFT COMMUNITY WHERE I LIVE AND HOPEFULLY SOMEONE THERE WILL BE ABLE TO USE THEM.AMAZON WAS REALLY WONDERFUL ABOUT GIVING ME BACK MY MONEY!!! Nice selection, but the largest snowflake is odd.

These items came promptly and are very cute. Easy to cut paper & a nice selection. I took off a star because the largest snow flake is odd....the middle section of the snowflake gets cut out. So it's odd & not very pretty. I don't think that's how it was meant to cut.
