Makes sushi rolling fun and easy. PRO TIP- Be sure to keep a bowl of water right next to your work area to dip your fingers in so sushi rice doesn’t stick to your hands and dip the tip of your knife between each roll cut to ensure the rolls don’t stick to your knife either.
