Well, I ordered the urbn 20000mah powerbank. For buyers who haven't owned a power bank or don't know which is the best than my friend, just close your eyes and by this. It is value for money. It is just 1,100rs. and I find that extremely cheap. So about the overview of the bank, it is very sturdy and all the parts which are used look and feel extravagant. The design is compact than the other powerbanks whose capacity is 20000mah. and those were seriously heavy and bulky. This one has premium design and I recommend buying the green colour as it looks good. It also takes a shorter time for charging. For a full charge(0 to 100%) it takes 4-5 hours if you use a regular 2A wall charger.

The power bank charges phones really fast and the battery of the power bank lasts for quite a bit. However there was a problem with my power bank as one of the usb ports is not working. After going on the website to register a complain, I realised that after filling the form and clicking submit, the page just redirects me to the homepage without submitting the form. I have attempted to is at least 20 times over the last three weeks. Regarding the same, i got in touch with them on WhatsApp first, only to constantly be talking to bots that were of no help. Eventually I emailed them the problem along w my information to resolve it. In details I explained the issue as well as provided the info said form requires as there’s an issue with their site and I can’t submit it there. There customer care on email is as good and helpful as speaking to a 2 year old toddler. In fact I think the toddler might be able to actually help you out. Not only have I had to explain the problem over and over again a million times, the only response I get almost robotically is “ we have not received your message. “ I finally gave up provided them my number and requested them to arrange a call back on my number which they have not bothered to do. Be try sad to know that a company providing such great products has one of the worst customer care service and zero help to provide with product defects/warranty etc. as much as I love this product, I will definitely not be ordering again solely based on the ridiculous post sale service

Urbn power bank looking is like mate look. Mate cover is very important to easy handling. Compact in size so it is very easy to carry in pocket as well as hand. Power bank weight is too light as compared to other 20000 mAh power bank. Digital charging indicator is very help to know charging of power bank. C type and micro USB type port is working effectively to charge device. It's take less time to charge mobile. 12W output support too fast charge which is help to time saving. On/off button looks and operated very smoothly. Overall look , quality, and design of power bank is splendid. This product is best for in this budget. I prefer to buy this product as I'm very glad to use this powerbank.

Damn slow charge very heavy and large not as shown in pictures looses charging. Go for 10000 mah and 22w

It's a really useful batt pack. don't have to charge daily bec of it's MAH power. it is slightly heavy no doubt but those who buy know they are buying know they are not buying a 5k MAH one. It's very useful for travel.
