Thought I would give it a try have osteoarthritis in my left knee ,right one replaced 2years ago ,was I bit sceptical on how this tiny peace of cloth would make a difference if any ,but thought I will try anything once ,to my surprise it dose ,I go to the gym 3 times a week and my strap comes with me has made a big difference can workout a lot harder than before ,if I wear it out while I’m walking also make a big difference to how far I can walk ,some how it takes longer for any discomfort to start ,and if I do get discomfort it not as painful very pleased I gave it a go

Bought for my sister and she can't praise it enough! It really helps her with her sore knee, good support and has really helped her manage day by day.
