Will it work on an iPhone 12 Pro?

No, you will need to get the Apple Leather case for the iPhone 12 Pro. The phones have different body designs; the 11 is rounded and the 12 is squared.

I just put this case on my phone and the leather seems seems unusually thin and I have a slight tear or rip in the corner already. Can it be fixed?

My opinion is that your case is defective. You should contact Amazon and ask for a replacement. My case came perfect and remained so for months.

is the red one - red red or more on the side of maroon?

Is a little bit dark red, is it gorgeous.
