This supplement was recommended to me by my cousin who has used it before. I used to take OxyElite Pro before they changed the formula and pulled the original off of the shelves. If you want an effective fat burner that gives you great amounts of energy without the jittery feelings and crashes, this is the one to get. I take one pill before I lift and in about 20 minutes I can feel it working. I've been able to power through my workouts whereas before I would do a few sets and just kind of wander. I'm a heavy set guy around 270 lbs. so I've been able to see a good difference in my stomach when I look at the mirror. I still have a huge belly but I can tell that some change is being made. The price I paid on here is more than fair! This supplement alone at GNC will run you about $50. Get this product and get it on here for less. It's not a miracle pill, but it definitely works.

I am so amazed by this product. If you do not have a high tolerance for caffeine please eat something with this. The first day I did it without eating and I was going nuts. I got over it. At the gym I was pumping. This is my second day using it and I ate it with some food and lots of water. I feel better than the other day because of the food that I ate after I took the capsule. It actually does help you with weight loss with of course a diet and some exercise! I know it's only my second day using it but I already see the scale going down! You feel it a lot without eating but i reccomend some small food with it.

I gave it 4 stars because I am also taking another supplement and I also exercise five days a week. I have lost 10lbs since I started taking this along with my other supplement so it seems to work well with the combination of a good diet and regular exercise. I take this at least 30 mins. before I workout in the mornings and I can tell the difference in my workout experience now than when I wasn't taking it prior to exercising. I have a lot more energy and I feel like I am getting a lot more out of my daily morning workouts. I do get a little bit of jitters but I burn most of it off during exercise and by the time I get to work at 7 it is completely gone. I would recommend it.

I just received my bottle last night and starting using it today, so maybe its a bit early for a review but thought Id add my insights so far. For one, it says the packaging may vary, however, I received the diamond series BPI B4, not the sports B4. Not only that but there was a homemade looking label stuck on it that read sport B4 new. I looked at the bottle further and it was dated NOV 2012....so 2 year old bottle. Seeming sketchy to me. Furthermore, this homemade label was placed directly over the instructions for use. When I tried to peel it off it wouldn't come off for anything....has clearly been stuck on there a while. I was pretty disappointed and about to send it back but decided it wasn't worth the money. And so, despite my better judgement I tried my first dose.Now, I will start by saying that I am 5'1" 105 pounds. I have a horrid time keeping weight off and rely on thermogenics to help my awful fated metabolism and small frame. I have been using EPIC RIPPED for the past year and must say it works rather well. I just wanted to change it up and try something new to shock my system.Due to the reviews on the power of this supplement, I decided to take only half the pill for the first dose. well it ended up being more like 1/3. I emptied the powder into a spoonful of cottage cheese and put the capsule back together with the remaining powder so it didn't go to waste. FYI I probably wouldn't recommend removing the power from the capsule like this unless you have gag reflexes of steel because it is NASTY tasting! Anyway, I proceeded to eat the rest of my breakfast (cottage cheese on an english muffin) then worked out. I felt maybe a slight effect, but not much of anything for the most part.So, feeling more confident that this product wouldn't make me feel like I was dying like some reviewers claimed, I took the remaining 3/4 of the powder (in the capsule this time!) and did another small workout. I felt about the same as the first time, maybe slightly more "stimulated".Im not sure if its the fact that this product is 2 years old, that my body is tolerant to stimulants, that I only took half a dose at a time, or that Im pretty sure this isn't even the product I ordered....but I didn't have any crazy relations, nor jitters or anything like that. I did feel some slight thermogenic action taking place. Overall Im not really sure what to say about it given all of the factors that are at play, but what I do know is that Im a very small person and this product did not kill me! Although everyone reacts differently so splitting the initial dose may not be a bad idea as a precaution.I will update after taking this for a longer amount of time. cheer!

There is no magic pill for weight loss, but this definitely comes close. I take this in the morning 20 minutes before my work out, and I am stoked for 12 hours. It does take a day or two to get used to, and you might experience nausea and a wired, "cracked out" feeling in the beginning, but once that passes it's all good. It does wonders for my mood as well. After workouts, I find that I am super motivated to do things, and my focus is dead on. Eat clean and exercise, and you will see results. It may not be for everyone, but since I purchased it, I put five of my buddies up on it, and they love it. Awesome product at a great price on Amazon.

Terrible mostly caffeine made me extremely jittery

I've used this product for years. It has never let me down. Good for a pre workout and even better for a busy shift at work.
