100% ARABICA LION'S MANE MUSHROOM COFFEE - FROM 100% WILD-GROWN, FRUITING BODIES! FRESH BREWED FLAVOR: If you're a real Coffee drinker & love the "Coffee Experience" + medicinal Mushroom benefits, don't fool around with "Instant Mushroom Coffee" that's weak, watered down & tasteless. You want the full/rich flavor of freshly brewed Ground Coffee! The COFFEE/MUSHROOM blend is invigorating but with less ups/downs & reduces the side effects associated with caffeine intake - such as accelerated heart rate, adrenaline rate & gastric acidity. LION'S MANE AS MEDICINAL FUNGI: RaHygge uses USDA-Organic & wild-grown Mushrooms from 100% Fruiting Bodies - ensuring our Extracts are clean, natural & very potent! Lion's Mane is an edible fungus, which has a long history in traditional Chinese medicine. It's rich in some physiologically important components, especially B-glucan Polysaccharides, which are responsible for immuno-boosting, hypolipidemic, & nuero-protective activities (Brain). Lion's Mane is also reported to help with hypertensivity, blood sugar balancing & wound healing properties. Because of its good properties & promotion of nerve growth factor gene expression & neurite (axon or dendrite) outgrowth, H. Erinaceus Mycelium shows great potential for various Cognitive & Depression issues. BALANCED ENERGY: Enduring energy & balancing boosts as the extract helps to balance the effect of the Caffeine. Adaptogens are not cures but they are unique in their ability to enhance the body's natural defense mechanisms against the stresses of daily life to support health. Lion's Mane also contributes to lower acidity. In addition, we do a natural after treatment of the Roasted Coffee Beans increasing the pH of the Coffee from around 5.0 (or even as low as 4.3) to around 6.0. Review: Helping my neuropathy - I’m an active 60 year old guy that developed peripheral neuropathy in the last few years. Besides the numbness in the lower legs I’ve also developed muscle twitches throughout my body. Fellow sufferers would know that it’s worth trying anything. I’ve been using the Lions Mane coffee for about a week now and my muscle twitching has subsided. It may be too soon to accurately assess this but I think it really has improved my central nervous system. Even if it helps a little bit it’s worth it. Besides the coffee is actually very good so you may want to give it a try. Review: Lion's Mane - Has a great taste but I'm kind of sensitive with taste so it tastes like a different coffee. For ME it tastes a bit off but not the bad kind of "off" more like it's different and not really to my taste palate. Over all it tastes good and fine. As for the energy portion I'm not sure it works for me. I think I need to drink 2 cups for it to work but even then I still get sleepy. Everyone is different so check this product out. Overall I think it's good quality, however it's kinda pricey in my opinion. Again this is for Lion's Mane. I need to try the others out!

Energy boost without the shakiness!
A nutritionist advised me to add Lion's Mane mushroom to my diet. I had a hard time finding it so I was excited to find it in a coffee blend. Its a really great flavor coffee. I can't say I taste mushroom in it which is absolutely fine with me. It gives me added energy without the shakiness I would normally get with regular coffee. I definitely will be buying more!!

Weak caffeine effect
Update: 1.5T-2T per 8oz cup gives regular coffee alertness. Couldn't find brewing instructions on the product. The brewing instructions on Amazon are: "Directions : 1 Serving = 11.3 grams (.4oz) or 2-3tsp of Coffee to 1 Cup (8oz), add more/less for the desired strength & taste. 1 Bag = total of 20 Servings. Best served fresh-roasted like any other coffee. Store in a cool/dark place."

Clear headed all day and it's delicious!
Tastes great! Very smooth! It also gives me a clear head and consistent energy all day long. Although, it's a little more than I'd like to spend on coffee it's worth it if you need to boost to last all day.

Liked it after awhile
this is coffee with a little mushroom blended in. at first it takes a little while to get used to it but honestly it's what I drink every morning now. If you have acid reflux, this is a smart move just give it a week or so and eventually you don't really wanna go back to regular coffee.
