The ultra-soft premium leather inside and out looks great, wicks moisture, and allows for all-day comfort. Z-CoiL Footwear is the original spring shoe engineered to relieve severe foot, leg, and back pain. Every Z-CoiL shoe has a patented spring coil under the heel that provides massive cushioning! With active compression over 1 inch, the impact in each step is reduced by 50% over regular shoes. You feel an immediate reduction in pain and pressure in your bones, joints, and muscles. Z-CoiL’s also features a built-in rigid orthotic. This contoured orthotic located below your feet resists twisting and isolated pressure points. The result is greater stability, balance, and support, especially when walking on uneven terrain. Z-CoiL’s are stable in all conditions, and most people find they get used to the feel and support of Z-CoiL’s in just minutes. Last but not least, the rounded forefoot includes nearly an inch of soft cushioning that shields the ball of your foot from excessive strain while assisting with forward motion. Z-CoiL’s are a great value typically lasting 2-3 times longer than conventional shoes, saving you money. Over 1 million pairs have been sold since 1995. Try Z-CoiL today and find out why so many people in all walks of life have been able to live pain-free. The most common areas of relief are plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and back pain, but Z-CoiL is also very effective for sciatica, Morton’s neuroma, metatarsalgia, arthritis, diabetic neuropathy, and joint and hip pain. Z-CoiL is not a shoe but equipment that makes walking enjoyable, light and easy. There is no need to sacrifice style for comfort any longer with the Sofia.

Relief from plantar fasciitis
If you have plantar fasciitis, this is the shoe for you. It fixed mine when I started wearing these shoes about 10 years ago. I was getting cortisone injections in my heels because I couldn't walk. The shots are bloody painful too. A woman walked into the store my son worked at wearing a pair and he asked her about them. Luckily at the time there was a store in Minneapolis and I got my first pair. Pain gone in 3 days. These are NOT for just standing around in if you have that kind of job. But if you're walking and it's painful, do yourself a favor and try a pair. They have enclosed heels too. They're expensive but last a long time and how much is it worth to you to be able to walk? They're super comfortable. This is my third pair over the years.

Wonderful shoes!!!
I have wanted a pair of these shoes FOREVER!! When I saw them at a lower price point on Amazon Used I couldn't refuse. One could not tell that they are used as there isn't a mark anywhere. Comfortable and interesting so say the least.

Too heavy a shoe
These shoes are too heavy to walk in. Plus the look of the shoe is embarrassing. People want to-know what you wear them for

Z coils shoe sz perfect fit
I like the closed toe and secured fit. This is a sz 8W. I wear an sz 8.5 med. Perfect fit. The shoes come with a nice insole. But I purchased z-fit custom arch insoles for more support for my feet. I'm on my feet about 9 hours each work day. These shoes have given me great comfort. The only thing I don't like, I would like more Styles to choose.

Saved my walking capability!
I was diagnosed with bone spurs in both heels. I ended up walking around at work limping and couldn't keep up with my work as I am an optician and was about to get a mobility scooter but then I discovered these shoes. I am so glad I got them!I walk normal with them and don't get as sore at the end of the day.Totally worth it!

Did not work for me and can’t return
The shoes fit as expected. The spring heal bounces as you walk. I think the tennis shoe would have been more comfortable. The top of the shoe was the most uncomfortable part. For the most part the shoes are nice but did not help me with pain in my back or legs. I am a nurse and am on my feet longer than 13 hours a day. The rubber on the bottom of one of my springs got caught on something when I was walking and partially tore away from the spring. I tried to return because I wasn’t completely satisfied but it was just outside of my 30 day window and not eligible for a return any longer. Feel like I waisted a lot of money.

These shoes saved my job.
These shoes literally saved my job. I'm on my feet for 10 hours a day walking back and forth on a concrete floor. It had gotten to the point where it felt like I was walking on nails. I tried everything pain meds, physical therapy, compression socks, orthopedic shoes. Nothing worked until I remembered that a friend of mine told me about these shoes. I bought a pair and one week later, BOOM! No problems and as a bonus I feel 10 years younger. LOVE THESE SHOES. Next, on list a pair of sneakers 😆 Thank you so much
