Is this creamy honey?

It is not whipped in some way to make it more creamy. It is simply raw honey - no comb in it. Overall, we have been extremely pleased with it. Delicious. The jar is a wonderful added bonus once you have finished the honey.

Is this made with honey and an extract? Or is this collected from bees that are only going to these trees?

There are no extracts listed, so I would say the honey is from the bees that collect from the blossoms of Lime Trees.

Is this on a pasteurized

Hello, in line with the German honey ordinance, Breitsamer honeys are untreated, unfiltered and not pasteurized. Pure, natural honey enjoyment.

Under "safety standards" (see above), there is an indication: "This product... and may differ....". Exactly what does it mean?

I have already used this product back in 2016 and really don't remember anything about it.
