I originally gave this product a great review. But after only being used twice it developed a rattle from pieces of broken plastic inside the wand, i guess the broken pieces finally messed up the wires because by the 4th use it wouldn't turn on. I regret not just buying the Hitachi.

I recently did a great review on this product as well in April and it was all good at first. Then, as the previous comment said, it started making a loud rattling noise. I thought nothing of it and then it died on me. I barely used the thing. The wires on the inside detached. Really upset about this.

It started making really loud noises after the second use not worth the money
