This looks great and works well enough, but I cannot give it 5 stars because the holder for stick incense is too small and light and tends to tip over if the incense is too long. Perhaps it could be made wider, or of a heavier material so it does not fall so easily. It is gorgeous on my altar, however, and cones and (presumably) coil incense will work great, just don't buy it for stick.

Item was missing the top piece. It was just a blue bowl.

I received only the ceramic part; missing everything else (top/cover & the holder). I wish they would just replace it but the only option I am given is to return it.

I just received my order, and I love it, it's built well, and it is just the right shade of blue. however it is missing the brass incense holder.Is it possible to get this missing part sent to me?
