Adjustable? No I would not really call it adjustable it is one length and there is no adjustment for that and the head is just one size for the piano tuning pins

Is the handle shiny or matte finish?

I would not really call it shiny I woud call it a semi gloss kind of finish, probably closer to a matte finish if had to choose between the two..Hope that helps
