Is this safe to use to strip off the poly glow that is on my RV in the areas with decals? I am worried about it making them lift away too.

Yes, you can use Poli Strip over decals to remove Poli Glow, however, remember to dilute the Poli Strip 3 parts water to 1 part Poli Strip.

This product is to remove old wax or old Poly Glow polish. Once the strip job is done than apply approximately 4 coat application of Poly Glow polisher which will give your fiberglass a wet look

I used this on my rv, and it made a horrible mess. White splotches all over. Can I return the unused portion for a full refund?

I don’t know. I used it on an older Fiberglas boat and it brought it back from the dead!

Will this remove wax?

I believe it will. It removes poli glo and that is much harder to remove than wax
