I've tried a variety of Vitamin D supplements over the years. This vitamin is in the form of a thick liquid that sits under the tongue until dissolved. It doesn't have a flavor. My vitamin D levels in bloodwork are consistently strong with this form of liquid vitamin versus a pill or tablet. I have had my D level checked over the last 30 years. If I change the variety or brand, the levels drop. Something about this Vitamin D works in my body. Perhaps it is the fact that it is liquid that is absorbed under the tongue. This is a great product.

I bought this on the recommendation of my chiropractor years ago when I was caring for my elderly parents. After giving it to them for a few months my dad had a check up with bloodwork and the doctor called later asking what I was giving him bc his vitamin D levels were so good, esp. for someone his age. I was sold - I’ve been taking this ever since. I do 2 drops a day.

This is the best vitamin D. I have taken it for years, so, I decided to also take it with K. It is a very convenient way to take your vitamins. I carry it in my makeup bag so I make sure to take it. It can be absorbed into your tongue. Great stuff!!

This took awhile to ship; shipping was delayed. For paying this much for this, I was hoping the expiration date would’ve been better. As of receiving it today, I have about 10 months to use it before it hits the expiration date. As far as use, this has been recommended in the past by our midwife for our newborns since we opted out of the shot. So far, we’ve used it for 3 babies and no issues with their blood have arose. We’re looking forward to using it again with our next baby as well as a supplement for me or my husband. All in all, this is a go to brand for us and we would order this again.

A great Vitamin D supplement I just put a few drops in my coffee every morning

Consulting a naturopathic provider several years ago, he said to have my Vitamin D levels checked with my normal bloodwork, and my Primary Provider gladly added it to my routine bloodwork for Cholesterol, etc. Vitamin D testing should be automatic, and vital to our health and wellness, but sadly you have to ask for it. One friend had to pay a lot for this test. In my opinion that is criminal of our medical system to deny payment for such a necessary element to our health. Please get your Vitamin D checked and make sure your MD signs something to make insurance pay for it. I was seriously deficient in Vitamin D for many many years, but after several months of taking 10.000 IU's of Bio-D-Mulsion my levels came up to normal. Now it is known we need D & K, so I get the Bio-DK-Mulsion. These days, to keep my Vitamin D levels at normal range, I use three drops a day of Bio-DK-Mulsion in water or liquid (not coffee). If my math is correct, 3 drops is 3000 IU Vit D and 180 mcg K1, 2.
