No need for anything more expensive - great buy!
Works well - accurate, high-quality, nice little bag. Used for EMT class and quite a few other students had the same and were quite pleased with it as well. the valve is a bit sensitive, so make sure you don't open it too much or fast when trying to catch your systolic pressure. But that is easy to get used to. Recommend - especially at the price tag.
