Wer sich mit Wasserversorgung (und Versorgern) in Städten des Südens beschäftigt, muss dieses Buch lesen. Einziges Manko ist ein wenig Redundanz bei der mannigfaltigen Beschreibung. Dafür wurden alle Strömungen der internationalen Wasserdiskurse berücksichtigt auf Kosten von Anknüpfungspunkten in den "Area Studies", zB der African oder Asian Studies.
