makes a difference

As a person getting back into working out, these provided LOTS of added "umph" to workouts. Took a little getting use to them and started out in moderation but getting the hang of it. 4 stars as i just started using them and a novice to working out

Not great but not bad.

They're too stretchy got my taste but they do as advertised. My only issues are is as mentioned before too stretchy and the buckle was difficult to figure out.

not tight enough

I couldn't get them as tight on my legs as I would like. I've used another brand that I could get a better occlusion with. I was going to give the second pair to a friend as a gift but I'm going to return them instead.

They weren't right for me...

I ended up returning them because they were cumbersome to use. The buckles didn't hold very well unless I had the bands super tight. I think velcro would be better, because with the buckles, you have to pull a lot of extra slack through, and that made them too tight for my legs (and I'm overweight, but not huge - - 5'3" and 150 pounds).

Too loose

Only used once because they loosen too much to be effective in the gym because of the material. No matter how much you tighten them, still loosens. Great concept though.
