Cheap looking and feeling, bad customer service
This item is much cheaper-looking than the description indicates. It is not a high quality canvas polyester; instead it feels like a basic polyester. And the webbing on the drink holders to the side are incredibly cheap feeling and look like they will break with very little use.I asked for a refund, my request was granted but I have to pay to return the product... TO CHINA. I'll make sure to only buy from products shipped and/or fulfilled by Amazon. Very disappointing overall.
