I like these better than the Gem Wraps because they are thinner and less leather-y, making them easier to bite into. If you spread a bit of full-fat mayonnaise, pesto, or butter on them they remain intact. If you spread something water-based (like mustard) on them, though, they will start to disintegrate as you eat your sandwich. So if you want to use mustard, spread it on the meat or cheese rather than directly on the wrap. In any case, you can't make these sandwiches in advance. Keep the components of the sandwiches separate until you're ready for lunch. Notice that these are a lot less expensive than the other grain-free wraps -- there are 20 in the package whereas the others come with only 5 or 7 in a package.

I tried these because I'm going lo-carb and miss sandwiches. I got a couple of different brands to try. These things are just about perfect. They taste mostly like carrots, they are surprisingly tough and flexible, and you get about five times more in this package than most others brands give you at the same price. Very easy to use, no tearing or sticking. But if this is your first visit to this particular rodeo, you gotta know up front, these things are weird. They are basically military grade fruit rollups, and they are nothing like anything else you have ever used to roll a sandwich. But if you can just meet them on their own terms, it's like, hey, these are all right.

Amazing! A nice change from the normal seaweed nori sheets, adding some color to the plate as well. Making sushi at home is fun and better (and way cheaper) than restaurants! Only thing I didin't like about these carrot sushi wraps is there's no taste to it, and they fall apart or rip easily if you roll too tight. Amazon also doesn't ship it flat, arrived wrinkled and crushed with other items. Maybe the manufacturer could package it with a cardboard inside.

These are a perfect alternative to the seaweed wraps for my friends who don't prefer it. Good value for the money. They had great durability when rolling and held up nicely. They were very easy to use and the perfect thickness. They didn't have a weird texture like I thought they might. They are a nice healthy option for people who don't like the seaweed wraps.

The sheets stick to the backing paper & came off in several pieces . You can roll anything up into small slices of sheet . A complete waste of time & money . If i could have used them they seem like they taste good but the small chunks of wrap isn’t usable .

These are carrot wraps. They were thinner than I expected. For sushi these wraps will be good , especially for some easy color variation. I tried the wrap with almond butter and dill pickle. Ok but it felt like eating tissue paper around my roll. My flavors may have been too strong for the carrot flavor yo come through.

My neurodivergent students LOVED this wrap for our summer programs Fruit Sushi activity. May staff loved it too. Perfect wrap!
