The Oxford Handbook of Organizational Climate and Culture (Oxford Library of Psychology) 1st Edition

It's a book, for work so.. it is exactly what I expected.

I don't know how much use I will get out of this book without having search enabled. I was able to search in the preview, but the purchased book states that search is currently not available.I was already disappointed that there were no page numbers only locations, but felt that I could work through that as I wanted it primarily as a reference to other authors. I really don't see how I'm going to use a 752 page electronic book as a reference if it doesn't have search!!!So, I'm afraid it is mostly useless to me. I'm giving it 3 stars, because if you plan to read it cover to cover, this may not be too much a problem.
