What size head does the l xl size fit

I have a pretty big head and it fits me fine. I don't know exact sizes.. sorry.

I wear a hat size of 7 1/4 in fitted hats what size would I need?

This hat is adjustable. Fits all sizes

Is this a snap back or velcro? Description says snap back but some reviews say velcro

The cap I bought is a Browning with black with camo color. It doesn't have velcro but has kind of an elastic band that says "Flexfit". Hope this helps
