Question 1

is it gluten free

Accepted Answer

This product is formulated without gluten. McCormick® will always declare gluten ingredients on our label in the ingredients statement. Gluten is listed as "wheat", "barley", “rye”, “oats”, “spelt”, “triticale”, “kamut” or any protein containing part thereof and hybridized strains of these grains in our ingredient statements. If no ingredient statement appears on the product label, then the product is as it appears in the product name (e.g. black pepper). Gluten will never be hidden under the notations of "spices" or "natural flavors". We encourage you to read the ingredients statement on your package at the time of purchase to ensure accurate, up to date information. If any product has a Gluten Free claim, the product and the manufacturing line has been validated Gluten Free. ~ Erica

Question 4

How long until they expire?

Accepted Answer

The product image shown on Amazon captures general information about a product. A best-by date is printed on each product and is different for each production batch. Best-by dates on our products are within typically 6-12 months or longer, and you can view the best-by date on the product packaging upon receipt of your purchase. The date code is a 3-letter month, 2 digit date, and 2 digit year format; for example Apr0921. Though our products do not spoil, their flavor and quality will diminish with time. If you have a concern about the best by date of a product you received, please contact Amazon. ~ Erica
