Depending on what your goal is these are really nice. I measured out to order a 6X but tried a 5X as well. The 6X fits properly but due to my proportions the thighs are a little large and the chest is perfect. At the porper size I would say its somewhat supportive but comfortable to sit or stand. I am wearing this product for spinal support and it helps to keep me aligned better during the work day. The 5X again due to my proportions ia really supportive thighs fit properly. Chest and abdomen a bit too tight to sit but for support is really nice. The 5X for me will be for short time wear. I could see the fit of the 5X being for heavy work/ workouts not all day wear. Yes wearing an extra layer makes me hotter but I don't feel any differently than if I were to wear 2 layers of any clothing like undershirt and heavy dress shirt. I like them well enough I have three of the 6X and one 5X so that I can wash and hang dry properly between uses. I want these to last I like them so much.

This review is from someone who's lost almost 200lbs and hasn't gotten skin surgery. I know the pain of not fitting into clothes you should beable to fit in, with this not only will you fit in the right size you'll see the results of your hard work. If you are looking for something to keep everything in place and snug this is it. Like other people have said I'd get a size smaller. I was gonna get a 1x but went with a large. It's a little confusing with all the latches but don't worry of it looks like it won't fit at first. I've had the compression tank tops and pants to put over it but one of them would always slip making it insanely uncomfortable and in need of adjustments. With this you're not gonna need to adjust you clothes nearly as much. Congrats on the weight loss I hope this product can help until you can get surgery!

It fits me as it is suppose to but the shoulder straps aren't that great and are a little uncomfortable. The straps are adjustable but they have metal hooks that dig into my shoulders

OK guys I really thought this was going to be a good item. But save your time save your money it is very bad I am 6‘5“ tall and I weigh 290 pounds. I normally use a different brand for slimming under garments . I went with this one because of the construction needless to say I was extremely disappointed. The construction is strong but when the material gets acclimated with your skin temperature it looses all the elasticity that holds everything in , making you look worse than what you did before you put it on.also the area around the crotch is EXTREMELY tight. I am a bariatric patient and I have a lot of loose skin this product was a waste of time for me. I will be returning and going back to my original brand.

The first thing to point out is that, obviously, if you look like the guy in the picture, you don’t need this product! ;-).If, however, you’ve gotten a bit rounder than you’d like and need a temporary fix, then this’ll do nicely. I bought the recommended size and, in retrospect, I could certainly have gotten ones size smaller and had more robust gut control. Nevertheless, the product works well and fits well. Word of warning, though, you’ll need a tee shirt whenever possible since the hook fasteners can show through a thin shirt. Otherwise, I like this product and I’d buy it again—smaller next time!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased a large according to the size chart and it is too big. I suggest going down a size or maybe two sizes. I know I could fit a medium since the large is fitting like this. I am 6’1, 220 lbs. I just hate that I wasted this money.

So before purchasing this product, I read all the reviews and quite a few people said that it provided no compression and seems like the sizes were 3 to 4 too large. So I was thinking I was smarter than everybody else, I ordered mine three sizes small according to their chart. When the item arrived, I tried it on even & even ordering 3 sizes small, it provided absolutely 0 compression in the areas you would want it. This is nothing more than a leotard for men. Don’t waste your time or your money because this is just another worthless piece of garbage from China. Thankfully, in spite of the negative reviews, I ordered two other products in case it was in fact, as bad as everyone said. So don’t second guess all the reviews as people just being negative or picky, because you too will waste your time and money as I did.So as I mentioned, I ordered 3 different versions of this product, the one I just reviewed was beige. As I went to review the 2nd and black one, it pulled up this same review as it seems these are identical products. They have different brand names and features, but clearly it’s the same ole garbage made in China.
