shilajit
Shipped quickly - Substance has the consistency of tar and dissolves in H2O. Similar to taking vitamins as I cannot detect any benefit but neither do I find it to be detrimental.

Great value.
I had been researching shilajit and decided to give it a try. The first thing I noticed was the range of both price and effect. Claims of a miracle cure at a premium price abound, but most of their products are very similar. Then I found Altai’s product, and I was pleased with the price, and am even more pleased with the product. “Mountain tears” is one of the translations of the word, and these ones are fresh, easy to mix, and instantly efficacious. I have more energy, my tolerance to caffeine and other types of CNS has been reduced, and I can feel my body recovering faster from exercise. If you are looking to try Shilajit, I highly recommend this product. Their customer service is great too.
