FILMGOO Window Film One Way Mirror Film Daytime Privacy Static Non-Adhesive Decorative Heat Control Anti UV Window Tint for Home and Office (Blue Silver, 90 * 200CM)

I find this window film easy to use and it looks great from outside it definitely blocks sun light out and nosy neighbours. One thing I would say is that you have to make sure you very thoroughly clean the glass you are applying this to as any tiny specks of dust etc will show up once you’ve got all the air bubbles out. It comes with a small plastic card with cloth on one end to get the bubbles out, I wouldn’t use a debit card as this will scratch the film. Overall if you take your time your find it’s very easy to apply properly

Easy to use with the correct tools and a cutting mat. make templates from A4 paper and masking tape them simply use a cutting mat tape it all down and cut using a metal ruler and model knife. perfect fit warm soapy water spray and a soft squeegee. almost perfect 95%. get a decent tint from the silver film heat stays out my bedroom cooler summer. as for privacy i would say yes in sunlight not during normal light you can still see slightly. overall for solar reflection UV and privacy works and no glue.can be refitted anytime if a bubble or lifts. Small window fitting easy but if you doing a large patio or similar will be very difficult.

Bought the film for a north-facing bedroom window. The lower panes in the window are low enough for houses opposite to see in. We have had to keep the curtains closed when getting changed etc. The end result is a room in darkness. This film allows keeping the curtains open during the day, as it pretty much stops any view in, as long as it is brighter outside than in. It's not an issue at night, as you'd close the curtains anyway. The first pane I did, I left a spec of dust, so I can still see it. I used a squegee on the 2nd window, before spraying more soapy water on both the window, and the film. Squeezed out excess bubbles, using a credit card wrapped in a micro-fibre cloth. Even so there seemed to be a bit of a bubbly finish when I was done. However, a couple of days later the end result is pretty flat. It's not 'optical quality', but it's good enough that we can't be bothered to order some sealed units with mirroring built-in. For the money. It's good. I see that some reviewers have had issues with the film falling off. I don't know if it makes a difference, but we did use a bit of washing up soap in our water (ecover)... about the same concentration as used for washing up. Also, we did push out the bubbles with the card.... maybe that also pushes out the water, when there are no bubbles. Equally, it could be variation in product quality. At any rate it's still attached well one week later, and that's even with a bit of condensation on the windows, as you'll sometimes get in the morning.

This window film promised privacy. What it delivered was a shiny, expensive lie. Once applied, you can still see right through it. Congratulations, I’ve now paid good money to highlight exactly where to look in. It’s basically cling film in cosplay—useless, wrinkly, and absolutely not what was advertised. The images on the listing must have been taken on a foggy day with a filter and a prayer, because in real life? It's clearer than my ex’s lies. Don't waste your money unless you fancy doing a show for the street. Total fail. Wish I could rate it zero.

Film is OK but once fitted view from inside is rather blurry straight on and very blurry at an angle. I hoped that this would get better as dried on but it has not. Other film that I have used is crystal clear once dry.

I'm not experienced with applying tint (in fact this is the first time I have tried) but I was really impressed with how simple it was, and how it's turned out. With that said, there's definitely a few tips to share: - Make sure to buy the blue plastic squeegee tool as it's perfect and cheap! - I didn't realise at first that the tint actually 'tucks-into' the window's edge by a few millimetres, so cut it 2 or 3mm larger and use the plastic edge of the tool to tuck the tint into the windows edge for a seamless finish - Use a heavy mist of water on the window when applying to help slide the tint into position - When you unpackage the tint (while the backing is still attached) it's really tough to handle and just wants to roll back up on itself. This is the backing causing this, not the tint, and so I'd say it's possibly easier to cut it roughly to length (leave some spare to trim down) and then take the backing off and trim it properly on a clean surface with a Stanly / exacto knife

It's a little fiddly to install but the hints from other reviewers helped. This make such a difference to our south facing window where the TV has to live. It reduces glare and give us much needed privacy during the day but we no longer need to draw the curtains with the lights on. I agree that it doesn't work at night but we normally draw the curtains then.

It is a bit fiddly to fit and cut to size. You`ll need a sharp blade to trim down later, use plenty of soapy water in a spray bottle and you can`t go wrong. Small windows, which we used it for were not too bad to fit, gave our kids more privacy from outside, plus the sun isn`t as strong, won`t know til summer if it actually keeps the rooms cooler either. Before starting this i measured the windows and work how much needed, and cut roughly to size, it`s better to trim afterwards then finding out after it`s too small for the window size. Worth it though, it makes it harder to see inside form outside although you can sort of see things from outside if it`s right at the window, other than that it does give you more privacy especially if you have blinds.

functions perfectly

Nothing as advertised . No mirror effect was more cloudy dim no shine to the reflection at all. Do not recommend this product from this company

Easy to use and sticks well.
