Fast and works as intended
Great little external hard drive with a decent capacity. It works really quickly transfer speed which is nice, I use it to backup STL files and is portable enough that if someone needs to borrow it, it isn't a hassle

Arrived in time and works as intended
Looks and feels smooth. Very small. It has rubber buttons on the bottom for stronger surface fricton. (won't slide off a smooth table)The case is strong and durable, with a compartment for the cable, although the zipper feels kinda cheap. It does what it's suppose to and so does the drive.Only one warning: it won't display 2T in windows, but a bit less. Something to do with unit converting. I don't know how to explain it I'm not a pro.I had no problems yet so I've no idea how the tech support is.

Software Issues
The software from WD doesn't seem to work with the disk drive but it's pretty much plug in and play.
