Is the microphone built into the faceplate or do i have to run a wired mic?

The mic is separate with about 12' of wire. It have to be mounted separately. the ideal location is up near the rearview mirror to best pick up your voice an reduce wind noise if the windows are open..

I have a Samsung Galaxy s9+. Does it come with the appropriate cable to use android auto?

Does this support Uber from iPhone?

It should pull nav from the uber and Lyft app if you select Google maps or Waze as the default navigation in each of the driver apps and using Android Auto or Apple Car Play
