I purchased this toilet for a small powder room and I couldn't be happier with how it looks. I will send a photo once the room is completely remodeled. It was a bit challenging getting the toilet in place due to the fact that it was going into a tight corner. What made it even trickier was the fact that the toilet is rimless and also has smooth sides so gripping it was challenging. Of course I love the look of the smooth sides, especially the fact that the bolts are hidden, but considering I am not the installer, I wasn't thinking of the pragmatics of moving it into place.With regard to customer service, our installer did not align the seat properly and so I thought I was sent the wrong seat. When I contacted the seller, they immediately addressed the issue and gave a detailed explanation of how to get it to fit as shown in the picture. Cleaning behind the seat could not be easier in that the seat is easily removed for thorough. cleaning. I would highly recommend purchasing this toilet from this seller and I plan to do so again when it's time to remodel the next bathroom.

I hunted for a long time to find a toilet that looked good and met my space requirements and restrictions. This one fit the bill. It was short enough to fit under an existing shelf and the added features were elongated bowl and sleek look. The unit arrived a week earlier than originally stated which was great. The plumber who installed it had to get a couple of items to complete the install [not included in the box], yet he was so impressed with the toilet he said he was going to get one for himself. Nice people followed up from the sales which is a nice touch. I may yet order a second one for my other bathroom.

this toilet has a skirt around the bottom and improves the appearance and cleaning of the toilet. It is quiet and flushes effortlessly, the 2" taller base makes this toilet easy to sit on and arise from. I ordered the 12" offset model and the ring in the floor was 11+" which required a plumber to install an offset, that dimension is critical.

This toilet is attractive and easy to clean, and, significantly, fits in a small bathroom. However, I live alone. I am not exceeding normal toilet usage. Yet I have probably had to use the plunger on this thing once a month in the year since it has been installed, including one $250 plumber visit. Proceed at your own risk.

Nice toilet. Tank top was missing, and supplier sent emergency replacement. All is now we'll.

Excellent buy and service. Functions as advertised. We are very pleased.
