I’ve been using this because of an artist I found on you tube for botanical paintings this brush is what she suggested and after using it I highly suggest it to very easy to clean you can get finer lines with it and of course the quality is great

Really enjoying using these brushes for free style abstract acrylic. I have been searching for a wide thin bristle brushes. The cheap ones shed REALLY BAD! The high quality wide brushes I've found have thick deep bristles, which hold a tremendous amount of paint. I needed a brush that is wide and will move or spread the paint on the canvas, thicker brushes of this size act more like a mop brush. Maybe another way to describe the action I found with this brush is comparable to a squeegee. (this is if you apply heavy pressure with lots of paint) Turn the brush sideways and it creates great fine lines perfect for very large canvases. I also like the feeling this brush has in your hand. Without a typical handle, you can maneuver the brush in different ways to create new affects. I would highly recommend this brush to any painter that likes to experiment with different tools. The only complaint I have is the price. That's a selfish complaint, I would like to have a dozen of these brushes, but can't quite afford it at the moment. Although you get what you pay for here. Liquitex makes a great product.

These brushes are amazing; however, the pictures seems to change between search results and the product description. You should care because the 2 is CONSIDERABLY smaller than the 4, which is what you would be buying here. Nevertheless, the brushes are nothing different from the typical great product of Liquitex. Great control, great stroke, long lasting. You must clean them and take care of them! UPDATE: I still see the 2 in. paddle in search results, but only on the desktop site. My phone doesn't show the incorrect photo, and they fixed the photo above. I sent in an "error in image" email and they told me it wasn't wrong. AH! You should care because these brushes are expensive. That's why I care, but I give up. I'm going to use my new Liquitex 4 in. paddle brush!!

So far I’ve been using it to make small blends and streaks in confined (taped in) spaces on paintings. Works beautifully. Had it and have been using it fairly regularly for several months and it’s still going strong and cleans up good. The bristles are firm but soft and flexible, imo; they leave mild brush strokes at times. I'm now going about collecting all of liquitex's brush and knives because of their exceptional quality.
