How do i get the product into the tip. Do i turn the top? The tip is fairly dry, even after pressing the tip on my lip not enough liquid comes out.

Any idea why it dried out?

Mayb from heat or mayb it was made a while ago and just dried up fast. You can always try to pul out the felt piece turn it around inside the felt holder and see if tht puts more product on the applicator stick itself! Hope this helps

Is this product vegan and cruelty free?

I thought the product was very dry and sent it back asap I will never purchase it again 🤷🏽♀️
