Sebago Men's Bowman Boat Shoe
Product ID: 71594718
Sebago represents authentic products and timeless design. Their original, hand-sewn Docksides boat shoe and Classic Beefroll penny loafer haven't changed since they first crafted them decades ago. Sebago is a celebration of everything New England…where life in, on or around the waters is a geographical unavoidability; where they are nautical in their traditions but deliver a future of performance and ingenuity. Their shoes are about performance--not just the technical kind, but the way a shoe behaves in its right environment, whether it be on boats or city streets. Each classic Sebago design is carefully designed to perform at its best.

Large but comfortable
I really like the way the Sebago Boat Shoe looks and feels even though it feels a little large. However, it is not so large that I would go a half size down (because I think it might be too tight). Loafers always see a little large to me so I will make it work. Quality of construction is great and I really like the cordovan color.

Very comfortable, attractive casual loafer
I usually buy Clarks, but lately their quality has SUCKED. These shoes appear to be similar in quality to Clark shoes I purchased several years ago. Nice leather, well finished, very comfortable. Fit is as expected. Just walked a few miles in them and they were light, resilient and gripped surfaces well.

SEBAGO BOWMAN SIZING
I ORDERED A 9 MED ( I SOMETIMES TAKE A WIDE) AND IT WAS WAY TOO SLOPPY A FIT. SO I ORDERED AN 8.5 MED AND IT IS STILL MOVING AROUND AS I WALK. I HAVE ORDERED AN 8 MED, BUT THEY HAVE YET TO ARRIVE. IF THERE WAS SOME WAY TO TIGHTEN THE LACE THAT GOES THROUGH THE EYELETS AROUND THE HEEL OF THE SHOE I THINK THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE, BUT THERE WAS NO WAY TO DO THAT. IT DOES SEEM LIKE A NICE LIGHTWEIGHT SHOE, BUT THEY DO RUN LARGE, AND BEING SLIP ONS THERE IS NO WAY TO ADJUST THE FIT.

Great boat shoe
Great shoe for the money, comfortable, easy on and off. Look good too.

My second pair
This is my second pair of these. I wear an 11 1/2 normally. The first pair I ordered was loose for this size but rather than return them, I wore them. They were comfortable but I wore out the backs of them prematurely because of the slippage. This time they fit perfectly plus they are super comfortable. Just be advised I think they run a little large.

Sebago Men's Bowman Boat shue, tough & classy
Compared with other boat shoes the Sebago has a much stronger and tougher sole making it more versatile and useful as an all terrain shoe, even in rough non-urban areas. Added a classy finish that looks very good, I highly recommend these as all-day, everyday shoes.

Liked the shoe, but a small 14, so I had to return
I liked the appearance and feel, but the 14 ran small. I wear an Ecco 47 and Asics 14 perfectly.

Fantasically comfortable and supportive.
While most boat shoes require at least a couple weeks of discomfort to break in, these immediately felt like I had owned them for years. I have plantar fasciitis and have a hard time finding boat shoes that offer enough padding and support not to aggravate it. These fit the bill. Great shoes.
