Love it
Easy to grip and just the right amount of tension for someone who just needs to exercise hand muscles. Not too much restraint. I made a mistake and bought the black one not realizing that, depending on the color, some are harder to squeeze than others. The black one is super hard to squeeze and is meant for someone with a lot of strength and muscle. This one, however, again is great for just regular people to sit around and use with ease.

The handles are hard and somewhat slippery
These are not bad but there are a few limitations I found. After several reps, I find the handles very hard which makes them somewhat uncomfortable to use. I have another style that is foam covered which I prefer as they’re less slippery also. I also noticed that they should be positioned a certain wat to use them. One side has finger grooves, the other does not. Oddly I never noticed this (dumb on my part) but more comfortable once I noticed.

Stress relief
Best for hand tension. Squeeze away the stress and improve hand strength at the same time. I keep these in my desk and grab them at the first sign of work-related tension. A great product to add to your self-care arsenal.
