Are replacement rod end available?

You can search the brand name "Yandood" or the asin "B07Z3JVWYH" to find it. Thanks!

Hi - will this work well with a HD projector?

Yes, of course! Read my detailed review on this thing. I am still enjoying it with my 1080p projector!

How flexible are the rods? I want to make a curved screen for a special project. Do you think this would work?

The rods combined into a pole, like a tent pole. It can be curved, but not curly. The screen is polyester material that has to be stretched out to be a flat-screen. It's hard to make a curved surface. You have to find a solution to support it.
