FUJ-40S

It was been working without interruption for the last 4 years. I installed it, monitored it for several months, and then promptly forgot about it. I am not sure why some reviewers have had reliability issues - it has worked without problems or maintenance. This has met and exceeded my expectations, and has allowed me to install my AC unit, with the drain line located above the actually unit itself, and run do so reliably.

I purchased the same model 2 years ago and bought this one to replace it. It's currently attached to an 18k btu mini split air handler and works great. The newer model pump is smaller and much quieter than it's predecessor. My old one still works, it was just clogged, so now I have it as a backup.

You may want more ¼" tube when you get this. Other than that, it is really quiet. Install is simple, plenty of videos online showing how to hook up if needed. The water flow works and you cannot hear it. The built in power shutoff is a nice feature. The pump will cut off communication from indoor and outdoor unit if the pump gets backed up. For extended durability, you may want to flush out the drain line which you can find how to do that online. Great value for the money!

Ayer lo coloque hasta el momento va bien vamos a esperar cuanto dura

Installed pump on a ice machine and it worked great for 3 months. After 3 months the pump quit pumping, it would run but would not pump any water. Contacted seller for a replacement and after several messages back and forth to trouble shoot the issue they decided the pump was faulty and said they will ship me a replacement. Well, here we are almost 2 months after the seller said they will send a replacement and I still have yet to receive it. This pump is not reliable and from a seller with empty promises that obviously has zero regard for customer satisfaction.

I purchased this item to replace an Aspen mini lime condensate pump. That pump only lasted 2 years and had to be cleaned every couple months. I decided not to buy another $200 pump if I have to replace it every 2 years. So I said what the heck and purchased the $50 fujiwara. I must say I am impressed it is almost dead silent. Much more quiet than the Aspen mini pump. The fujiwara pumps water out really fast and install was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this product and I'll probably buy another one as long as it doesn't fail too soon.

I use this pump to pump wastewater from my coco hydroponic grow setup. It is the lowest profile sump I have ever seen and works great. Setup is weird cause you have to wire the plug yourself but once that's done it's fire and forget. Note to purchasers - if you expect to have much pressure buildup be sure to attach the snorkel tube, and even use a longer snorkel tube. Failing to do that can allow for leaks. The purpose of this device is to drain slow drips off of a a/c condenser so it's no surprise the stock snorkel may be a bit short for other uses.

Perfect little pump for making the drainage from my portable air conditioner a non-issue. The output was such that I had to drain it DAILY (the manufacturer and reviewers either lied, or have never been to Florida), which was a huge pain, but now I never have to think about it. Installation took about 10 minutes, leak-free with no additional parts besides an adaptor from my AC to the input tube. I can hear it when my home is silent and I'm within 2 yards of it, but even then, it's as brief and quiet as a considerate adult having a sip of water through a straw. Can't yet speak to its longevity, but you can't beat the price and convenience. This little gadget saved my summer!
