Will this make me dominate my crossfit workout? will i destroy my completion with it? is it not just a sweatband, but truly tough headwear?

I don't use it at all. It's terrible. Definitely not good enough for a crossfit workout

it’s actually exactly 3 1/2 in. wide.

does this headband slip off? Is it 4 inches wide?

This headband stays put really nicely for me with my hair in a ponytail or down. Yes it’s pretty wide. I have two of them and i love them.
