Wild Goose II - Second 64 movements
Product ID: 13866225
(Third edition - Remastered). Wild Goose II Qigong or the second 64 sets of movements in the wild goose system starts where Wild Goose I leaves off. Through its lovely and expressive movements, it continues the development of both the upper and lower dan-tian ("third eye" meridians). It trains our ability to not only take in fresh Qi energy but also get rid of sickly Qi, thus enabling us to detoxify and strengthen ourselves at the same time. Wild Goose Two is an advanced qigong, but that does not mean it is only for advanced practitioners. Everyone can enjoy and benefit from the movements in this practice. Throughout its long history, Wild goose II Qigong has been proven effective for: * Self-healing * Rejuvenation * Improving one's cognitive functions * Developing one's mental potential In this DVD, Dr. Hu includes history, background and further understanding of Chi and its manipulation in wild goose Two.

Excellent
I think Dr. Hu's Wild Goose DVDs are very beneficial if you have the patience to stick with it to learn it. I found it is difficult to follow since the moves are complicated and he is moving to his right as you would be moving to your right and then you have to turn around and of course your back is toward the DVD and you can't see what he is doing so you have to watch it first and then keep trying until you get it. It will get your chi moving and I could see the aura and its colors radiating out of my hands during the program. It is good for you and you just need to keep at it until you perfect each "dance" of the wild goose.

Excellent
Highly recommended. The best exposition of Wild Goose 2 I've found. Especially good are the group demos of large sections-(4)- In fact, after learning the movements I would recommend fast forwarding between each "summary" section instead of watching only Dr. Hu. This will change your day!
